New Biz

As previously posted by Joven, my office friends and I started a business this year. We have been contemplating on starting the biz… maybe… 3 years ago. Hahaha!

We’ve been handling trainings, seminars, meetings, regional and international conferences during these years… two of us organized our own weddings… one was a wedding emcee for more than three years… plus I have always been somewhat a  wedding resource of my friends… finally, a friend suggested we get together and start a business. Thank God we did!

It was a welcome distraction for me since I’ve been working for the Institute for seven years now (wow, I’m still shocked I lasted that long). Even though I sometimes feel tired after  a client call or an event, I still feel fulfilled. I’m We’re happy with what we’re doing. The biz is getting better everyday (Thank God again for that!). Hopefully in the next few years we’ll have a mark in the wedding industry already. Dream big! :)

Yesterday, we had lunch at Max’s SM San Lazaro to celebrate Nanay’s 55th birthday.  Almost everybody was there except for Jon, who couldn’t make it because he’s currently in China.  Maybe we’ll have another round when he comes home.  His treat of course! :)
